In other metals trading, platinum for April delivery PLJ5, -0.14% rallied $16.60, or 1.4%, to settle at $1,219.30 an ounce. Palladium for March delivery PAH5, +0.30% declined $7.80, or 1%, to settle at $804.20 an ounce.High-grade copper for March delivery HGH5, -0.05% rose 3 cents, or 1.1%, to settle at nearly $2.86 a pound. Copper futures recently fell to their lowest level since June 2010.
