SGX Singapore Opening Market Update

SINGAPORE share prices opened up on Thursday with the Straits Times Index up 5.53 points to 3,331.69.

Volume was 45.1 million shares worth S$78.9 million.

Gainers outnumbered losers 72 to 53.

SGX Singapore Closing Market Update

SINGAPORE shares ended lower on Wednesday with the Straits Times Index slipping 14.91 points to 3,326.16.

Some 1.17 billion shares, valued at S$1.13 billion were traded. 

Gainers numbered 145 while losers numbered 256.
